Mr. Rajendra Theagarajah

Rajendra Theagarajah is an Alumni of Price Waterhouse Coopers Sri Lanka. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. Having obtained an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management, UK, he joined the Chase Manhattan Bank (now known as JP Morgan Chase) in London and obtained extensive experience in Internal control systems, Branch operations, Global Custody and Treasury management within the bank¡¦s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region. He returned in Sri Lanka in 1992 and joined the Colombo Branch of Banque Indosuez (now part of the CALYON Group) and served as its Deputy General Manager and continued as a member of HNBs Corporate management team after the takeover of Indosuez Colombo by HNB in 1997. Today he serves as the Managing Director of Hatton National Bank (since December 2004), and also is in the boards of all its subsidiary companies. Mr Theagarajah is a Past President of the Association of Professional Bankers in Sri Lanka and serves as the current chairman of Sri Lanka Banks Association. During his tenure as CEO, HNB received the prestigious ¡§Bracken¡¨ award naming Hatton National Bank as the Bank of the year 2006 for Sri Lanka and was also recognized by the Asian Banker as the Ratail Bank of the Year in Sri Lanka 2008. Earlier this year Mr Theagarajah was profiled as one of 25 Bank CEO¡¦s in the Wileys publication ¡§Asia¡¦s Banking CEOs¡¨-The future of finance in Asia (a collection of profiles of leaders who have guided some of the most successful Banks in the worlds most dynamic region of Asia). He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the board of directors of The Asian Banks Association and chairs its sub committee on ¡§Convergence towards IFRS¡¨.

Mr. Alistair Bulloch is the Deputy CEO of ANZ Asia Pacific Europe and America. He is responsible for developing critical government and other relationships, taking strategic leadership with key clients, and has responsibility for all of our partners in the region.
As Chairman China, Alistair leads ANZ¡¦s engagement with the Chinese government, regulators and other high-level external stakeholders in China.
Prior to this, Alistair was CEO, North East Asia and Hong Kong. He has more than 20 years banking experience and was previously head of wholesale banking in Korea and head of client relationships in both China and Taiwan for Standard Chartered Bank. Alistair spent his childhood and a considerable part of his earlier career in Hong Kong and has also worked in the Middle East and Ireland.
He is married with two children and his interests include golf, rugby and travel.
