The Asian Bankers Association (ABA) and the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) are inviting members and friends to participate in the webinar on “Insights into Interpol’s New Initiative on Stop Payment” to be held on Thursday, 19 September 2024 at 2PM Taipei time.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
In this exclusive 60-minute webinar, the Interpol will provide insights into their new initiative Global Rapid Intervention of Payments (I-GRIP).
Attendees will gain valuable insight into how I-GRIP works with financial institutions to stop suspicious fraudulent payments and withhold criminal proceeds before they can be dissipated.
Criminal proceeds continue to cross borders faster and more efficiently, so international cooperation between Law Enforcement Agencies is crucial for swift and timely recovery. I-GRIP was launched to achieve this aim and the webinar will discuss how the I-GRIP mechanism works with financial institutions to halt suspicious fraudulent payments.
