Training Workshops on Demystifying AI in Banking: What is really Important on 11 December 2025 at 2PM Taipei time

The Asian Bankers Association (ABA) and Qorus, an ABA Knowledge Partner, are inviting members and friends to two Training Workshops on “Demystifying AI in Banking: What is really Important”, one to be held on 11 and the other on 18 December 2025, both at 2PM Taipei time and led by Rudrabed Mitra, world-recognized AI researcher, entrepreneur and author of “Creating Value with AI”.

 

INTRODUCTION

 

In these two-hour Training Workshops, participants will be able to learn about many concrete case studies by ABA and Qorus on Artificial intelligence and its fundamental importance to the future of banking.

AI today has moved far beyond buzzword status. Today, it is a core capability shaping how financial institutions compete, grow, and serve their customers. From transforming customer interactions to enabling real-time decision-making, AI is now central to the future of banking. As customer expectations rise and operational pressures intensify, banks that successfully integrate AI stand to unlock new levels of efficiency, personalization, and strategic insight.

The two sessions will provide many concrete case studies given on big scale by ABA and Qorus. Together, they provide a practical and forward-looking understanding of how both generative AI and agentic AI are redefining the industry—from enhanced customer care and analytics to autonomous systems capable of making complex decisions.

This comprehensive training explores the transformative potential of generative AI and large language models (LLM) in banking. Participants will explore advanced strategies to enhance customer care, leverage data analytics for actionable insights, and design effective marketing campaigns using AI-driven approaches.
