Mr. Win Lwin is the Chief Executive Officer of Myanma Tourism Bank (MTB), where since May 2023 he has been leading the bank’s transformation with a strong focus on digital innovation, customer-centric services, and support for Myanmar’s tourism and SME sectors.

With over 20 years of global banking experience, Mr. Lwin has held senior roles at UBS Investment Bank, Wells Fargo, BNY Mellon, and the IFC/World Bank Group in the United States, specializing in structured finance, treasury, and trade. Returning to Myanmar, he contributed his expertise to leadership positions at KBZ Bank and Farmers Development Bank before assuming his current role at MTB.

Mr. Lwin actively engages in regional and international financial networks. He serves as a Board Member of the Asian Bankers Association (ABA) and participated in the Myanmar Economic Forum (MEF) and Asian Financial Cooperation Association (AFCA) to foster collaboration across the banking sector.

He has been recognized with multiple international honors, including the Innovative Excellence Award 2024 (The CEO Views), Most Iconic Business Leaders Award 2024 (The Enterprise World), and Top Business Leaders to Follow in 2025 (Business Talk Magazine).
